Jim SizeLove Bio

JIM SIZELOVE (pronounced Size-Love)
Yes, that's my real name since birth.
I was born in the oppressed town of Anderson Indiana where corn grows and cows graze. When I was much younger I had an affliction called eczema that kept me indoors most of the time. If I even so much as brushed up against a weed or rolled around in the grass, my skin would break out into a horrible rash. Since the great outdoors didn't like me during the warmer months I stayed in the house most of the time and doodled on paper. This is where the art addiction began. The eczema has long gone away.

By around age 10, I discovered the amazing world of Salvador Dali, M.C. Escher, and the hot rod art of Big Daddy Roth just to name a few. It didn't take very long to realize that art is boundless and that anything is possible.

Without a doubt, the biggest influence in my life is New York City. I lived in NY for several years and will be forever shell-shocked by the magnitude of talent and culture that exists there.

For the record, I'm not a satan worshipper. I wouldn't so much as share a beer with that red moron. Who cares! I've received lots of emails from people who assume that I hold strange rituals and drink goats blood. Guess I can't blame them with all the pentagrams and inverted crosses. The images I create are just there because I like the way they look. Horror art is another one of my big influences from way back. It's only art! It can't hurt anyone so get over it!
